Cannot read Ensight Gold file

Dear all:

When I try to read an Ensight Gold file as attached, I get the following errors:

ERROR: In vtkEnSightGoldBinaryReader.cxx, line 258
vtkEnSightGoldBinaryReader (0000020E9C2F68A0): stat failed.

ERROR: In vtkEnSightGoldBinaryReader.cxx, line 1419
vtkEnSightGoldBinaryReader (0000020E9C2F68A0): Unable to open file: C:\work\output\test_data\vfault_step0_proc0.dis

ParaView version: 5.12.0
I tried both Linux and Windows versions with the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
