Can't make connection in client-server mode with MPI

Dear Experts,
I am in trouble when making connecting client-server mode with MPI with 5.7.0-Windows-MPI-Python3.7-msvc2015-64bit.

The server is windows 10, so I typed as below to launched pvserver with multithread,
mpiexec -n 12 pvserver.exe

The server seems to be ready.

and try to make a connection from the client, but it failed with a following message.

What should I do to make a connection to the server with multithread?
It go well with only one thread (just type pvserver.exe)
