I downloaded the 5.4.1 MPI version here (https://www.paraview.org/download/). However, when trying to start both the zip and exe versions reported a problem with missing msmpi.dll.
I then downloaded the 5.4.0 non-MPI exe version. However, when trying to start it gives the following –
