Color palette and state files

When I’m in the GUI for 5.8 and change the background from the default gray to white and then save the state and then restart ParaView and load that state file back into ParaView (either through the GUI’s Load State... or with the command line '–state=opt` option) the background goes back to the default grey. This seems like a bug to me – is it?

Steps to reproduce:

Start PV 5.8 and switch to a different color palette
Save the state as a .pvsm file and close PV
Start PV and load the state file

What I get is the default background and not the background that I specified in step #1.

Yes, color palette should persist between sessions, and through state files.
