There are lot of .stl files is there, for clear view of each component, it should be colored different. It helps a lot to viewer. It is difficult to color each object manually. Is there any auto color all the components.
If I understand correctly, you are loading many .stl files, each with a different name, and showing them together. And you want them to have different colors.
The easiest way to do this is to select all of them in the Pipeline Browser and add the Group Datasets 
filter. ParaView will apply a color map to the blocks.

I had the same issue. I followed your suggestion. However, the exported file is two separate files.
Is there a way to export a single STL file (a combination of multiple ones) with different colors?
