i WANT TO plot this in python
how to extract the data.?
at the same tyme these csv file i have some data after running
i want to plot the bed topograpgrpy and images that are in pdf
how to do that

To export the result of your slice, you should select it in the pipeline browser then use the menu File->Save Data… then select csv file format.
To extract to a pdf file, you may use the File->Export Scene menu then select pdf file format.
