I have exported data from Fluent in gold ensight format and displaying in Paraview. However, the contour plot is showing the effect of mesh lines as you can see the O-grid mesh lines with a rectangular box is shown at the middle. i have tried by extractcells by type to hexahedron but it does not work. Can someone let me know how to plot the contour on a uniform mesh without the mesh lines? I have attached the picture.

Hi,I am sharing the state. It contains second derivatives and contours of it on the cross-section. The contours are coming along the O-grid mesh lines. Is there any way to remove this? thanks

Here turn on the calculator 2 and adjust the values from -0.1 to 0.1. You can see the mesh artefacts more clearly
Please share also your data, just the state file is not enough I’m afraid.

I just shared via We Transfer a zip file. There i have used the Gradient filter twice to obtain the second derivative and plotted a property as a sum of second derivatives on the cross-section. If u need anything else please let me know

Yes it works fine for me. If you see my state file i shared-i use the gradient filter on those variables. But i am getting some mesh artefacts which i wanted to remove. Idk whether it is possible or not. Also i tried to plot on uniform grid using Resample to Image but it does not work as expected..
