Only tested on 5.12.0 Windows binary
I setup a handful of shortcuts but they are not loaded when I open new instances of the application.
I confirmed that they appear in the ParaView5.12.0.ini file under [pqCustomShortcuts]
If a developer wants to confirm I can post an issue on Gitlab.
I encountered the same issue after update to 5.12 from 5.10, and besides that, I also encountered problems with file encoding: if some charactor like ‘+’, ‘-’ in macro filename((e.g. I use some macro+shortcuts control point/line rendering size ++ and --), it will transfer to some binary-codec sequence in ini file
