Dres failures

Looks like dres is failing.

the main culprit are the legacy catalyst exporter wizard tests which don’t playback well. The old exporter is on the chopping block. Once that’s removed (which is expected soon) the dashboard should give a cleaner picture of what is actually failing.

I pip installed the Python modules in the requirements.txt file for the Python that dres builds and tests against (Python 2.7). That solves the pvweb-StartTest error.

The other error should be fixed by https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/merge_requests/3292.
