When I read in an Exodus II file with three polygonal blocks named POLYGON_BLOCK_1, POLYGON_BLOCK_2 and POLYGON_BLOCK_3, Paraview (5.5.2) shows me POLYGON_BLOCK_1, POLYGON_BLOCK_1, POLYGON_BLOCK_2 in the Blocks list (Note the repeated POLYGON_BLOCK_1 and the absence of POLYGON_BLOCK_3). I verified the input by using ncdump on the Exodus II files. I am not sure how to attach a file to this post but I believe it should be reproducible with any Exodus file which has multiple polygonal blocks
