Exporting transient simulation result from ANSYS Fluent to Paraview

Hi
I have my ANSYS Fluent result, my case was transient simulation. Before knowing ParaView, I saved all data for all the time steps in the CFD post compatible format which is not readable in ParaView.
Now I know that I have to save my new data in Ensight-gold Format, but is there any way to use my old data?

I’m afraid you will need to use Fluent for that.
