Extracting x,y,z coordinate from 3D DICOM Ultrasound stackable vti file

I have vti file from 3D DICOM stackable Ultrasound image, I would like to extract the coordinate of the segmentation information Data from it, would ParaView advise how this file can be exported out in form of csv file?

My image supposed to be in 3D Volume construction, why did it appear flat on the Paravie volume view? And I couldnt extract x,y,z information in csv format. This is csv information
