I have a question regarding the computation of flow rate through a hole connecting two domains. In my simulations, blood flows from region A to region B, geometry is reconstructed from CTA so the hole between two regions is very irregular. I wonder if there is any good method to compute the flow rate through this hole? I really appreciate for any help!
