The left image shows a tank with fluid in it and 2 columns on both sides. The right image shows the displacement of the structure when it is scaled to 100 using warp by vector. The fluid in the tank tends to remain in its same position (as on the left image) and is not moving along with the structure, thus they both move independently. Is there any option to move the structure and fluid together?(This is my first work using ParaView)

No, ParaView is just applying the vector you provide.
