I’m trying to generate a graph view in my trame app using paraview functions, but I’m kinda lost.
My code is below; I have the function to select a cell to get it’s action potential and the part that should show it on screen. Some things are kinda messed up because I’ve tested other functions that now I know that are deprecated and I don’t really know if I should discard the other things I’ve done or I can use them on another way. Thanks in advance, I would really appreciate some help with this.
