GLEW error PV5.9 on win7

I test Crystal Eyes using PV5.9 on windows7. GPU: nv Quadro P6000

mpiexec -hosts 3 renderleft rendermiddle renderright  pvserver --stereo --stereo-type="Crystal Eyes" CAVE.pvx
paraview --stereo --stereo-type="Crystal Eyes"

and I get the error

Are you able to make it work without using mpi ?
