Glyph Vector and Streamline Plot

I am using Paraview 5.10 but when I am trying to use glyph, I am not able to control the size of the arrowheads of the vectors. THere is no option for that to increase/decrease the size. What should I do?

And how to give arrows on streamlines in paraview?

You can change the “Tip to arrow” ratio by changing the “Tip length” property, which is not a great name, I agree.
