How to calculate the shear stress od the blood volume, not only the WSS?

I was trying to calculate the shear stress of the blood volume inside the artery, how can I do the calculation in ParView?

This is a steady state blood flow simulation and the solver provides the Wall shear stress but I also need the shear stress of the blood volume as well, I have attached the vtk file below,
