How to capture paraview picture and video in VR from PC

Dear All,
i am using vr glass and i can see objects rendered by paraview, and i want to take a picture, but don’t know how to do it?
especially, it will be great to know how to capture a video from paraview VR.

In VR, we can have two approaches:

  1. Software approach
    you can open steamVR: VR view window, this window will show what you see from VR devices, you can capture picture or video on PC

  2. Hardware approach
    This is hardware dependent, follow you hardware instruction.
