How to extract the surface grid coordinates?

Hello, I am relatively new to Paraview. Is there a way to access the coordinates of the surface grid points? Thank you do much for reading.

Thank you so much. I do use the spreadsheet view but one only has the variables that are explicitly written out from the solver. I am not aware if I can manipulate Paraview to extract the surface grid point coordinates of the point data. Sorry if I am not making sense.
