I have a volume which is a binary 3d image and loaded it in paraview . I also have another 3d binary image which is the centerlines and loaded it also as seen below.
Now I have a script which contains the coordinates of some points in the ijk fromat and I need to see where those points are in the images. Is there anyway that I be able to visualize those points also?
