I am trying to visulization the .vtk file getting from pygmsh and to check the mesh quality, so i’d like to show the index of points on the plot, but i can only find the points with no index.
I appreciate your help.

Creating a selection of all your data would then let your display the ID of each points.
You can do that with the View->FindData widget.
