How to use Paraview Glance to show the Segmentation label

Hi,

I have a 3D segmentation algorithm and I have my both input and output as nii.gz.

I want to show the segmentation as 3D render and then overlay my slices on input data with different color. Is there any ways to do that with PV Glance?

Glance currently doesn’t have a way to import labelmaps, but that functionality is currently in-progress for VolView.

Sorry, I didn’t see your answer clearly. I thought it was finished but it wasn’t. Can you tell me when it will be finished?
