I am using a CFD software that is able to export just a CSV file with results (velocity, pressure, among other, for each node). How can I import these data in ParaView to analyze them (creating planes, streamlines, among other)?

Simply open the file in ParaView and a TableToPoint filter.
However, you will loose all geometry information and only get a point cloud, which may not be what you are looking for.
