Impossible to create a topic with a long word in the title

I wanted to write a topic containing the word:
PARAVIEW_INSTALL_DEVELOPMENT_FILES
in the title, and I was not able to create it because of an error:

Title seems unclear, is it a complete sentence?

It seems this error is due to the length of the word as splitting it in two solved the issue.
Can we change this behavior ?

I changed the title max word length setting from 30 to 50.
