In VR，"VIEW UP" option does't seem working.

I change the value to “+X” “-X” “+Y”, the view does’t change.

I am wondering how to use it?

You are correct, it seems that the option currently does not have any effect.
I have opened a ParaView issue here.

For your information @mahb, the issue has been fixed on the master branch of ParaView.
You can now modify the orientation of the VR view using the “View Up” option.
