I am having issues with a large tomograph scan, previously i cropped a small section of the scan exported into Tiff and imported to paraview without any issues.
now the new files are way larger, my current workflow is import .vol (raw) to ImageJ and export it in TIFF format, while doing this i am getting the message (in ImageJ):
“Stack is larger than 4GB. Most TIFF readers will only open the first image. Use this information to open as raw:
name=Untitled, dir=, width=2048, height=2048, nImages=2048, offset=1801, gap=0, type=float, byteOrder=big, format=0, url=, whiteIsZero=t, lutSize=256, comp=1, ranges=null, samples=1”
when I open the tiff file in paraview i am getting only a ‘layer’ of the tiff file, how can I open the complete thing?
