Please, how can I link or compile ParaView 5.10.0 with ThirdParty of OpenFOAM-v2112

You do not need to do that, just use our binary release from https://www.paraview.org/download/

when I run paraFoam in the terminal is not the 5.10 version that lanch the older version 5.4.1 how can I solve this problem, please

Do not use paraFoam, use ParaView.
