Many options aren't available in my paraview

Hey, I just downloaded paraview from the official website. The version I downloaded is:
ParaView-5.11.0-RC1-MPI-OSX10.13-Python3.9-x86_64.dmg

My system is macOS Catalina v10.15.7.

My question is that many options are greyed out for me and aren’t available
For examples:

in my paraview.

Somehow it doesn’t seem I have a full version of Paraview? Are these additional options only available to a paid version or something? I don’t seem to find a way to purchase Paraview either so I am quite confused.
