"No Proxy that matches" error

Hi everyone,

I built a case with Paraview 5.4.1 and sent the complete folder to a friend. Opening it with Paraview 5.8.0, he is prompt with the attached errors. I haven’t find anything relevant on Internet so far. Any idea?

Update.

Now my friend installed the 5.4.1 version, same as mine, but running on Windows 10. He has another set of errors. Any idea guys? Many thanks.

You are using the PVFoamReader plugin from ParaFoam and your friend is not.

You have a few possibilities here :

  1. Both of you could use the PVFoamReader from ParaFoam
  2. You could use the OpenFoamReader if your dataset is compatible, as this reader is available in ParaView
  3. You could save your dataset as a .vtu file before reopening it and creating your pipeline (Only a Clip afaiu)

The error file is attached. There are also some errors about vtkOpenFOAMReader.

It should come with OpenFOAM.

please note that OpenFOAM and ParaFoam are not developed by Kitware nor the ParaView development team, so we will not be able to help you there.
