Object selection by mouse pick

Hi.

I’ve noticed that from the 5.0 release onward the object listed in the pipeline are not selected anymore by clicking on the object in the render view.

Is it now an option available somewhere in the GUI or is this feature gone?

that feature is indeed gone, I am afraid. We removed it since it caused instability and wasn’t widely used.

Too bad though. I find it quite useful to avoid going back to the pipeline to make sure you are working on the current object in the render view…
