I have generated this octree mesh - problem comes when I take contour surfaces of the CFD flow solution. For example I want to plot the surface of velocity magnitude = 25m/sec say. It works but there are discontinuities between the octree levels, shown with highlighter on the attached plot. Is there any ‘trick’ to get the surfaces to match up better?
