Does the VR plugin that comes with Paraview which connects to the Oculus Quest works on OS other than Windows ?
I tested the ParaView XRInterface plugin on Linux with the Monado OpenXR runtime [1] a couple months ago, and sending the view to OpenXR in that environment worked for me, but I only tested with the HTC Vive (the only hardware I have for testing). So far I haven’t been able to get that plugin (or even the helloxr example application) working on Linux with SteamVR. I haven’t tried the OpenVR backend on Linux, but I’d be surprised if it worked without some development effort.
