ParaView 5.10.1 sub window response time

I am using ParaView 5.10.1 on my windows machine. When I go File>Open (or File > Save State) it takes ~ 20 seconds for the program to open the sub-window.

I have tried the same approach with ParaView 5.9.1, it instantaneously opens the sub-window.

Have anyone faced this issue?

You may to reset your settings first, in edit → Reset Settings.
