I have unsteady centrifugal pump CFD simulations and I have solution .plt files saved for each timestep. There is a total of 70-time steps which I have imported to Paraview 5.11.0. When I try to save the animation file Paraview is crashing without throwing any error.
Please help me to solve this issue. Please let me know if I am missing something to make it work.
Thank you for responding. I believe the export of .plt files is not correct. We are working on this to export the correct .plt file from our software.
However, you can download the files from the below-provided link. The issue I am having is, I am able to save the animation files only with point arrays. When I try to save using scalar variables like āpā, Paraview is crashing.
Also, could you please let me know if there are any inbuilt filters or plugins specific to turbomachinery? For example, view the solution in the blade-to-blade or in the hud-to-shroud direction.
It is working well with ParaView 5.11.0 on linux
You may want to try on another computer.

ParaView is a generic tool, so nothing specific for such use case. However, you should be able to compute anything you need with a Python Calculator or Python Programmable filter.
Thank you for coming back. Could you please check on Windows?
