The ParaView 5.12.0-RC3 release process is underway. Please do not merge anything to ParaView’s release branch of VTK’s paraview/release branch until this process is complete. Thank you.

The release is finished. Please feel free to merge to ParaView’s release branch and VTK’s paraview/release branch.
Because we are trying to finalize 5.12.0, please merge to these branches only changes that are absolutely required for 5.12.0.
