Paraview crashes when slicing data

Hi there,
I am using paraview version 5.13.1 and the it keeps crashing everytime i tried to slice my data in the z-direction to represent my data in a 2D plane. What can i do to solve this ? Do i need to install the latest version ?

I’ve already changed my results from cell data to point data during post processing in paraview.

Your dataset seems to have errors in the cell definition.

ParaView 5.13 does not crash on slice but the result is incorrect:

You need to fix your dataset.

I did get that kind of results before using the cell data to point data filter. But after using the filter, paraview just crashed.

In any case, you do need to fix the dataset
