Paraview failed to show window on a multi-monitor setup

Paraview failed to show window on a multi-monitor setup, There will only be a blank window and can only be viewed in the taskbar thumbnail. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

It seems to be a general bug that all Kitware app suffered. For me, both cmake-gui and Paraview have this bug.
The solution is easy, delete Kitware related registry under
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
solved the issue.
