I have installed paraview 5.9.0 using conda (using conda install -c conda-forge paraview as shown here: https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/paraview). Python scripting works great. The paraview GUI coming with the package is initially frozen. After startup, the menu bar is frozen. I can interact with the main window, but no reaction when clicking any option in the menu bar. After switching to another application and back to paraview it works. So just frozen immediately after startup.
I don’t know if this has to do with paraview or conda, so I posted it here. Don’t know if this is the right place.
