Paraview stopped working completely

Hello,
I am on OSx 14.6, I have an .xdmf file and a related .h5 file that I could succesfully open with Paraivew 5.13.0. I did not update Paraview, and all of a sudden Paraview stopped working. I open the same file that used to work,

and get the screenshot attached: I click on Apply, Delete, any button in that panel and nothing happens…

Any ideas ?

Very weird. I suggest trying using Edit → Reset to Default Settings and then restarting ParaView. Sometimes that clears up errant behavior in ParaView.
