ParaView is a powerful soft, it’s very great !
I found it support nastran files format.
When I want to open op2 files why it can’t work?
Could some one tell me why?

ParaView does not support nastran file format afaik.
VisIt does though, but only for .nas and .fo6 files.
You should be able to load these type of file after loading the VisIt plugin in ParaView.
If this does not work, you will have to use https://github.com/SteveDoyle2/pyNastran in a Programmable Source in ParaView.

Definitelly not an easy task. You will have to know python as well as the VTK data structure.
