Paraview5.9 can not visualize the FVCOM netcdf file using the VisItNetCDFFVCOM_MTSDReader

I can load the FVCOM netcdf file using the VisItNetCDFFVCOM_MTSDReader, but when I click the apply button, I can not get anything. While I use the Paraview5.6.2, I can get the figure. So ,Hope you can help me!
