Particle tracer pathlines

Hi,

I am currently using Paraview for my masters thesis, but I am encountering some errors with the particle tracer filter. My goal was to visualize blood flow with particles and pathlines, but paraview is either crashing or misplacing pathlines in the model. I have tried the following versions with a variety of different errors: nightly, 5.13.3, 5.11.2, 5.10.1, 5.9.1, 5.8.1 and 5.7.0. The most promising is the 5.9.1 version as the filter crashes in most of the newer versions. I have managed to visualize the particles as well as some pathlines. However, after running a couple of timesteps the pathlines stop following 50% of the particles as well as disappearing. Any solution for this?

Fixed in master. use the nightly: https://www.paraview.org/download/?version=nightly

Hi, the nightly still has a pathline issue. The particles look correct but the pathlines are all over the place. See picture. Note that i uploaded the state file which all of the timesteps was uploaded to, that is why the name is all_results_01900 and not all_results_02000 in the picture.

Hi, have you managed to reproduce the case? Do you know what’s wrong?
