Hello All,
I am using the new build 6.1.0 for Windows with Plot3D files. The grid is a multi-block grid for the 2D high-lift CRM case, so I am trying to plot the pressure distribution for all three elements on a single plot. My general workflow is:
-
“Extract Block” for the three body-fitted grids
-
“Extract Subset” to extract the wall points
-
“Plot On Intersection Curve” to plot the pressure distributions
My issue is I need three “Plot On Intersection Curve”s because of the three elements, but this feels like it can and should be done within one of these functions. It worked a long time ago, like in versions from 5 years ago, but it hasn’t worked for a while now. The new version seems to make it clear as to why: when I select multiple curves in the MultiBlock Inspector while trying to plot “Individual Blocks”, I get the error “Duplicate table name” since all of the curves for each block are named “segment_0”. Is there a workaround for this, or should I submit a new feature request that the segment number increments for each block that the prescribed plane intersects?
Thanks,
Chris
