Plot Over Line - how to extract data and graph to Excel

Hello,

Once I get the graph of U Magnitude and Z (height in metre) by Plot Over Line in ParaView, how can I export the graph, U and Z data to an Excel file?

Please advise,

Save Data and then save to a .csv file.
