Plotting data along curved line along the perimeter of circle

Hi
I want to plot data along the circumference of the cross-section as shown in the attached image. I want to plot the wall shear along the perimeter of the pipe c/s. How should i proceed about this? I tried intersection of curves but it is not working.. thanks

Use PlotOnIntersectionCurve filter

Actually i tried it but it was not doing anything-let me try once agian.

So, when i do plotonintersection, it will plot the data along the line of intersection of the chosen plane and the 3D geometry? is that the thing? i have attached the figure from paraview for reference.
