pqNamedWidgets.h missed

Hello,

I installed ParaView 5.3.0 from source, in a MacOS 10.13.6. Now, I am trying to compile the plugin PVDGriD, to
plot DGriD 5.0 (or 4.6) output in ParaView. But, during the compilation, the file pqNamedWidgets.h is not found.
Where can I obtain this file?

It looks like that file was removed in 5.3.0. You could build 5.2.0 and it should be available.
