I got the ghost cells working as follows:
(1) Install Microsoft MPI
(2) Install ParaView 6.0.1 MPI
(3) Connect to local server and setup pipeline as shown in the screenshot below. Note that “Build If Required” is unchecked at the bottom of the screenshot
(4) Then you can check and uncheck “Build If Required” and click Apply, and the 3D scene will show the seam repairing switched off and on, correspondingly.
