Recording Vertex Change in other Software--Exporting stress map

Hi, I just downloaded Paraview 5.11.2 for my Mac M1 to work with CLO3D which is a simulation software for fabric. I can run a simulation there where the fabric mesh vertexes/faces are turned a color in a gradient from a stress/strain map of how the fabric is stretched on the body. But it is impossible to export stress maps from CLO without Paraview. I want to export a stress map so it can go to Rhino grasshopper and the pressure map can be used to parametrically design the fabric piece. The first article says to record the vertex change, but I am unsure how to link the CLO software to Paraview and how to extract the data after?

Have you been able to use ParaView for any step of this process? If not, where is it failing?
