Hello,
I am using Paraview for the visulaisation of meshs of segmented objects from an electron microscopy stack of images. I imported both the raw volume in 3D (reconstructed from 2D images of the microscope) and the object (part of the raw volume) but the probleme is that both volume sare not on the same scale in Paraview : one is very small with respect to the other). Below is a screenshot of the outlines of both objects : the white one is for the raw volume and the blue small one is for the object.
I do not know how to fix this?
